Respecting the effort to low temp/slow roast coffee, I have an espresso machine with adjustable temperature and brew my coffee with a lower temp to keep out the bitterness. This is the best coffee by far!

I’m really glad to have a dependable source for this coffee. I know it’s a challenge to roast at lower temperatures but the flavor is much better. I found a brand of espresso maker here that allows me to program a lower temperature as well so I don’t ruin the flavor. Exceptional!

I first tasted your Grand Italia at JoJo Macs in Albany and it was love at first sip. Tried to find it in stores-no luck. Your website doesn't list Grand Italia as a purchasing option, so I second guessed and went with Italian. The Italian did not disappoint.
